PPF V2 version Patek Philippe 5712 offers full moon phase, date and power reserve complications with its fully functional Caliber 240 clone movement. The adjustment steps made with the hidden buttons on the side of the case are explained below.
| Criteria Examined | Original Model | Super Clone (ETA Clock) | Workshop and Test Result |
|---|---|---|---|
| Case Top Left Button (10 O'Clock) | Date Sub-Dial Setting | When printed with a special plastic or wooden tipped pen, the date advances by 1 day. | Metal needles should never be used; The steel case can be scratched. |
| Case Lower Left Button (7 O'Clock) | Moon Phase Adjustment | The lunar disk advances one step with each press; It is adjusted according to the full moon calendar. | The real starry sky disk glides smoothly. |
| 10.30 Hour Dial | Mechanical Power Reserve Indicator | As you wind the watch, the needle rises from the red zone to the 48-hour limit. | Fully active mechanical transmission is available. |
| Micro-Rotor Study | Rotates 360° with the slightest movement of the wrist | The mini rotor embedded in the case is quiet and smooth. | It keeps the thickness of the watch at 8.5mm. |
5712 Setting Tips
Before pressing the moon phase and date buttons, turn the hour and minute hands to the 06:30 position. Since the gears of the mechanism are released in this position, the calendar wheel will not be damaged.
