Rolex Sky-Dweller Step-by-Step Winding and Adjustment Protocol
By using the Sky-Dweller's Ring Command bezel correctly, you can set the watch's reference time, local time and calendar in seconds. The table below summarizes the bezel rotation positions and settings.
| Criteria Examined | Original Model | Super Clone (ETA Clock) | Workshop and Test Result |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bezel Position 3 (Full Left) | Date and Month Setting | Turning the crown changes the date window and month indicator. | When jumping from 30 days to 1, the lunar window jumps to the next hour. |
| Bezel Position 2 (Middle) | Local Time (Independent Hand) Setting | Scorpio jumps independently in 1-hour steps; The minute does not stop. | When you land in a different time zone, you can make instant adjustments without changing the minute. |
| Bezel Position 1 (One Click Left) | Reference Time (Minute and 24 Hour Disk) | Second stops (hacking); The 24-hour disc and the minute hand rotate together. | It is the main calibration of the watch. |
| Bezel Position 0 (Full Right) | Locked Operating Position | The bezel locks; Water tightness is ensured by screwing the crown. | This is the normal usage position. |
Setting Order Rule
When setting the time, always start from Position 1 (Reference time), then lock the bezel to the right, setting the local time and the latest date.
