Patek Philippe Nautilus 5712G model is produced by PPF Factory with a solid stainless steel case, standard case diameter and high-precision automatic Super Clone movement architecture. Case and Body Workmanship
Just a few days ago I saw a few video reviews again about the Nautilus 5712, but this time it was another 5712 model with a platinum case, gray dial and black leather strap. They said this is the newest V3 version that PP Factory has just released. I don't know if PPF made the improvements over this gray Nautilus 5712G when they released the blue one last time. Anyway, this gray dial has become much better in terms of color, moon phase indicator and movement engravings. Please see the pictures below.
Dial and Hand Details
When we examine these pictures above, we can see a distinct sunburst workmanship on the dial; The dial is good, but not perfect in my opinion, the dial of OME 5712 is even better than this. If there was an original model next to it, I could find many flaws on the dial. First, the white lume material on the hour markers looks slightly different from that on the hour and minute hands; In short, the two white tones look different from each other, this is a very common problem that the factory still cannot solve. Secondly, the central hour and minute hands do not have a solid shaft, nor do the other three smaller hour and minute hands. The best option to solve these problems is to buy a dial from SW and replace it.
Movement and Caliber Performance
The engravings on the mechanism plates are deep, I have mentioned this before. But the engravings on the ACE 240 movement below look deeper and cleaner; o ACE 240 is the closest clone to the PP240 movement on the market and has a weighted, free-spring balance wheel. I still do not recommend you to buy it, this mechanism is not stable. I know that some sellers sell this watch with the ACE 240 movement at a very high price.
