New Dual Color Rolex Oyster Perpetual from VS Factory

The Rolex Oyster Perpetual model is produced by VS Factory with a solid stainless steel case, 41 mm diameter and high-precision automatic Super Clone movement architecture. It is among the most successful 1:1 super clone watch reviews on the market, with its sapphire crystal AR coating glass, original case tolerances and detailed workmanship.

Compared to VS's newly released Panerai PAM1698, this Oyster Perpetual looks much more appealing to me. VS's launch of the Panerai PAM1698 feels more like something it needs to get off the ground ASAP.

But this 100th anniversary Oyster Perpetual feels completely different. While so many factories have recently flooded the market with new free-sprung movements, VS's release of this watch is almost like a message to the entire replica watch industry: I'm still the boss when it comes to Rolex.

Movement and Caliber Performance

VS Factory uses the DD3230 movement in this watch. It is worth noting that this must be the third version of the mechanism.

I remember, a few years ago, when VS first released the super clone version of the 41 mm Oyster Perpetual, they used only the DD3235 movement; so the movement platinum was still engraved as “3235”.

Later, VS developed a true 3230 movement by removing the date mechanism. Thus, there is no longer an unused date setting position when turning the crown; This brought the crown operation much closer to that of the original Rolex 3230 movement. Unscrew the crown to wind the time, then pull the crown to the first position to set the time directly.

It is also worth noting that this is the third generation DD3230 movement. One of the major upgrades is the automatic rotor, which now uses a 27-ball bearing system.
