Thb 15407 vs Custom Made Version Comparison

Afterwards, I saw many people saying that OCTA was selling products previously produced by APS Factory. However, as far as I know, APS has not returned to the market. It's possible that someone contacted some of APS Factory's former parts suppliers and is now selling several Audemars Piguet models under the OCTA name.

THB's 15407 has some pretty obvious shortcomings; I discussed these in an earlier article.

Today I will introduce a custom 15407 and give a brief comparison between it and the THB Factory version.

Case and Body Workmanship

The custom 15407 is said to use CNC casing, you can see the difference below.

The watch on the left is custom made 15407, the watch on the right is made by THB Factory. As you can see from the area marked with the red arrow, the space in this part of the case is different between the two watches.

There are other differences in the balance wheel as well. It uses a custom made 15407 double balance. THB 15407 has only a single balance wheel.

The color of the balance bridge looks slightly different. The balance bridge on the right is lighter in color, while the one on the left is darker and much closer to the rose gold color.

The balance wheel of the THB 15407 on the right is slightly larger. As shown in red pencil, the outer rim of the balance wheel is slightly thinner on the custom 15407.
