Powered by the Breguet caliber 517gg with thirty-five jewels in its movement, this watch can maintain its power for approximately 65 hours thanks to its weighted 18 carat rose gold winding rotor, a Breguet innovation found in all automatic watches today.

Another useful feature is the double-window Big Date located at 6 o'clock. Dual date window that changes automatically at midnight. It contains 35 jewels and has a power reserve of +/-65 hours.

The model above has the model number 5817ba/12/9v8. It comes with a brown alligator strap, a coin-edged 18k yellow gold case, and an 18k yellow gold buckle. This model has a hand-engraved silver dial with an engine-engraved guilloche pattern and blued steel Breguet type hour and minute hands. Definitely a more classic looking model. However, this model does not come with a rubber strap option, unlike the 18 carat rose gold model seen below in this review.
