Breitling Superocean Heritage II Chronograph Review

The Breitling Superocean model is produced by the leading Super Clone manufacturer workshops with a high-tech ceramic case, 46 mm diameter and 7750 automatic chronograph movement architecture. We cover dive watches often because they are extremely popular for many reasons. In particular, many of them are extremely versatile in terms of appearance; However, they also offer the features needed for daily use, such as extra durability and water resistance that you would expect from a Breitling diving watch.

The watch we are reviewing today is the Breitling Superocean Heritage II Chronograph 44. It is powered by the Breitling Caliber 13 mechanism. This automatic movement is a workhorse and has some great features.

The image above shows both the chronograph and non-chronograph versions of the Breitling Superocean Heritage II. This model we are reviewing here is the chronograph version due to its versatile appearance. This model stylishly features a black dial with rose gold details and black chronograph subdials with rose gold outer bezels, giving it a distinctive look that distinguishes it from others in the collection. Considering the 18k rose gold and black ceramic bezel, there are very few models with this dial and bezel combination; and so far there is only one model that offers this dial on a steel bracelet... and that is the watch you are looking at right now.

Like all Breitlings, this watch is built tough as a tank, and this collection comes with a Chronometer designation from COSC and a closed case back, which is testament to its high accuracy. The case has a nice and large size of 46 mm, in line with the industry trend. The case has a respectable 16.35mm thickness, but still leaves enough room to fit comfortably under a loose shirt cuff.

To increase visibility in low light conditions, Breitling used lume fill in dots that highlight the rose gold hour and minute hands and each rose gold-toned hour marker. There is also a large dot at the top of the rotating ceramic bezel. The rose gold-toned 'B' symbol located just above the Breitling logo adds a dash of elegance to the sporty dial, and the black ceramic bezel really makes the matching sub-dials stand out.

Polished workmanship was used on the case winding crown and buttons. You'll notice that there's a raised letter 'B' on the crown, just like you'll find on the dial. The pushers have a smooth action, and both the crown and the bezel have a serrated structure that makes it easier to grip and turn them. The stainless steel mesh bracelet (bracelet model 152a) has a folding clasp with a safety latch, bearing the Breitling logo with anchors and wings and the inscription Breitling 1884 underneath.

In summary, this; An excellent watch with a great mechanical movement and many value-adding features such as the stopwatch function of the chronograph; It also offers more than enough waterproofing for snorkeling, swimming, and showering (and not just in hot water!). I would like to see other steel bracelet designs in the future, perhaps a steel chain bracelet or a two-tone version with a combination of steel and yellow gold or rose gold; But even as it is, this watch looks great and has received rave reviews from customers.
